Position: Business Development Manager
Vaibhav Business Services is in search of a dynamic Senior Manager with a background in management consulting and commercial expertise to lead and oversee a spectrum of projects.
Essential Capabilities
Sales and Marketing Strategies: Experienced in handling and developing strategies for sales, marketing, client servicing, product, and offshore sales as an overall business unit.
Quality Management
Background in Quality/Production/Internal auditing/documentation department or experience as a Management Representative for Quality Management.
Business Insight
The ability to comprehend business information and provide meaningful insights for business leaders.
Process Knowledge
A strong understanding of business processes, QMS, EMS Quality Tools, and Technique systems.
Client Engagement
Proven experience in proactively reaching out to new customers to set up presentations/meetings.
Skills
Good administrative, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
